Arms & Explosives Detection
The role of these specialist dogs is to detect the presence of explosives & firearms in the area that you require searching.
It may be a shopping centre complex, vehicle, field etc either internal or external.
Explosives detection dogs are trained to detect the following:

- P4
- Cordex
- Nitro Glycerine
- Special Gel
- Black Powder
- All other UN numbered substances currently in use
- Firearms
- Ammunition
- All derivatives of the above substances
All explosive dogs and handlers have been trained to Home Office standards under the direct supervision of a Home Office approved training establishment, both dogs and handlers attend refresher training with live explosives weekly.
Unlike many other companies offering similar services in this specialized sector we train with live explosives. (our trainers are Home Office approved and registered to posses and use for the training of dogs and handlers, live drugs and explosives).
